BRUNO’S TRAVELS
“In Prague, he asked questions no brewer dared ask – and got answers steeped in centuries of foam and folklore.”
“Among incense and spices, he brewed with sages – learning that fermentation, like meditation, demands patience.”
“In the fog of London, he brewed by night and drove by day – beer and bus routes blending in perfect chaos.”
“In a silent abbey, his stories echoed in a dozen tongues – crowned brewmaster by monks who knew genius when they tasted it.”
“Back on Sicilian soil, he dreamed of barrels and basil – but dreams, like beer, are meant to ferment beyond borders.”
WHO IS BRUNO?
Bruno Ribadi is an eccentric and curious brewer from Cinisi, Sicily. Raised in a Benedictine abbey by a Belgian monk, he set off at eighteen to explore the world of beer. His travels, experiments, and passion for brewing are the heart of the Bruno Ribadi brand.

THE BREWERY
