DRIED FIGS AND SICILIAN HONEY

Bold and fruity
Benedictine abbey style beer. Tripel with Sicilian Biancolilla
wheat, dried figs and Sicilian bee honey.
Medium-bodied and dark blond in colour, it has hints of fresh
fruit on the nose and a sweetish aftertaste from the honey.
An after-meal beer, excellent with seasoned cheese or dry desserts
(like almond biscuits or cantucci).
