Produced with Sicilian Biancolilla wheat,barley malt from Belgium and enriched with Ciaculli mandarin peels. With a typical light color, and the aroma of mandarin that makes it fruity and fresh.

A beer both for the whole meal and for dishes of fish such as marinated anchovies, tuna tartare or prawns and octopus salads.
