THE BRUNO’S STORY
Bruno Ribadi is an eclectic and extravagant character from Cinisi, a seaside town close to the city of Palermo, in Sicily. After the death of his parents, he grew up in a Benedictine abbey with a Belgian monk, from whom he learned about cereal fermentation and beer brewing. Fascinated by this world, at the age of eighteen, he decided to leave the abbey and start a travel to discover the secrets of the best beers around the world.

BRUNO’S TRAVELS
Czech Republic (Prague)
In Prague, Bruno posed as a journalist to meet the city’s legendary brewers and uncover their best-kept secrets. Amid the cobbled streets and golden lagers, he crossed paths with Hubertek Morszynsky, whose experimental mind led Bruno to his next destination.

India
In India, Bruno joined Hubertek’s spice lab, diving into the mysteries of masalas and meditation. Surrounded by vibrant aromas, he discovered how spices could transform not just food—but beer.

United Kingdom (London)
Tired of ascetic life, Bruno followed a group of English musicians to London. There, he brewed by day in a modest brewery and drove buses by night—experimenting with hops, rhythm, and rock ’n’ roll.

Belgium
Fate reunited Bruno with the Belgian monk from Cinisi on a London bus. Intrigued by Bruno’s brewing tales, the monk invited him to Belgium, where Bruno’s cross-cultural knowledge crowned him brewmaster in a grand abbey ceremony.

Italy (Sicily)
Back in Sicily, Bruno dreamed of opening his own brewery. But his restless spirit called again. He vanished into legend, leaving only a journal of wild experiments and rare ingredients—now the soul of every Bruno Ribadi beer.
