Dark-colored, smooth and well-structured beer

Inspired by the typical Christmas dessert of the holidays Palermo, the “Buccellato.”
Flavored with the ingredients used to fill this particular dessert, such as chocolate, honey, dried figs, raisins, cinnamon and candied orange.
The high alcohol content aids digestion therefore excellent after-meal beer to be paired with a Christmas dessert preferably a “Buccellato.”
