This Sicilian-style pilsner is made from Sicilian ancient grains: “Timilia”, “Russello” and Perciasacchi. Clear and light beer, suitable to drink with every meal, it has a cereal aftertaste due to Sicilian ancient grains.
Perfect to be paired with classic Sicilian dishes which remind the traditional cuisine of old-time agricultural Sicily: pasta and tenerumi, macaroni with sauce and eggplant and fish dishes.

Special Ale is made from “Russello” wheat, Pantelleria raisin and dried carob beans.
Medium-body beer, it is distinguished by the sweetness of Pantelleria raisin and the aftertaste of roasted carob beans.
After meal beer, it is the perfect accompaniment to dessert, first of all Sicilian ones (pignolata, mustaccioli, almond biscuits, etc.)

INDIA PALE ALE

India Pale Ale is distinguished by its high bitterness, typical of IPA style. It is made from a single blonde grain, a single variety of American hop and from Sicilian citrus leaves which impart scent of citrus and herbs.
Excellent for appetizers, it is also suitable to drink with every meal. It goes well with grilled fish dishes as well as grilled meat dishes such as swordfish rolls, grilled sardines, sarde a beccafico or grilled Cinisara meat.

BIANCA
THE JOURNEY TO BELGIUM
Made from Sicilian “Biancolilla” wheat, Belgian barley malt and enriched with peels of Ciaculli mandarin. This beer has the typical whitish colour and the scent of mandarin makes it fruity and fresh.
It is suitable to drink with every meal as well as with fish dishes such as marinated anchovies, tuna or king prawn tartare and octopus salad.

BACK TO SICILY
Sicilian Pale Ale is made from “Perciasacchi” wheat, peels of Sicilian citrus fruits, sumac berries (Rhus Coriaria) and pink pepper berries. It is distinguished by a bitter taste, a typical scent of Sicilian citrus fruits and it is enriched by sumac berries and pink pepper.
Excellent for appetizers, it is also suitable to drink with every meal. It goes well with dishes with strong flavours: from street food such as pane e panelle, stigliola, pane con la milza, to meat dishes or delicious first courses as baked pasta, pasta with sardines, etc.
